4. Pickup Policy

  • Luxury Balloons offers in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders instead of shipping
  • Pickup location and hours are the listed on our contact us page only during our operation hours. You can click here to visit out

  • Validation ID might be required at pickup time along with the order confirmation number and details linking the pickup person to the
    order.
  • Pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days. Any orders that are not picked up will be cancelled and a 10% restocking fee might
    apply to the account before processing the refund.
  • Orders processed for pickup and set to be ready might be restricted from modifications or changes based on the order content and
    the products availability.

5. Shipping Timeframe Policy Delivery delayed orders are not eligible for refund unless the delay was due to delay in processing from Luxury Balloon store. We are not responsibly for carriers delays.

6. Shipping Orders – Limited Return Policy

  • All sales are final but we do accept returns for new products that haven’t been opened nor damaged.
  • In case of return a 20% restocking fee will be charged and the refund will be processed as an online-store credit for future purchases.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in resellable condition.

7. Return and Refund Policy

  • Damaged Products: Any damaged products are eligible for return within 15 days of receipt.
  • Other Products: Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • We do not offer international shipping.
